Posh Neighbours at War

Welcome to the new phenomena – warring with the millionaire next door.

This is a one off documentary special where we gain access to the rich and their jaw dropping homes to reveal the stories behind multi-million pound disputes.

Last year in London’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea a whopping 6821 planning applications were submitted. These megabuck developments, often at jaw-dropping sizes create noise, mess and stress and mean neighbours are being alienated for months, even years at a time.

However, it’s not just the building work that is causing all these rich-list disputes; in 2013 there were 583 noise abatement notices given to persistently noisy neighbours in one borough alone. From lavish parties until the early hours, to out of control pets; whether it’s country estate or London’s most expensive pads these are the poshest wars you will come across. Tempers are well and truly frayed from revenge fights to uber-organised petitions from super-connected neighbours…when the wealthy fall out they REALLY fall out.
