Episode 1

Neil Weaver and Steve Gennoe are called to 36 year old Andy who's been stabbed in broad daylight.  He was attacked with a 6 inch blade and one of the wounds is dangerously close to his lung.

Paramedic Joe Wilson and technician Sam Grosvenor race to 24 year old Brogan who's gone into severe anaphylactic shock due to his airborne nut allergy. Every second counts as his airway swells up and he struggles to breathe. And 10 year old Tyreece was out playing  his bike when he went over the handlebars and lost consciousness. He may have broken some bones, but Matt Rodwell and Aaron Chambers are more worried he's sustained a serious head injury when Tyreece can't remember his own birthday. 

Episode 2

Hannah Simkins and Michelle McNulty are called to a grandmother having a serious panic attack in her car. 56 year old Susan was on the way to pick up a takeaway for her family, when she started to feel intense chest pains, and then the panic sets in. Paramedics Claire McCullagh and Hannah Meredith make a late night call to 23 year old Amman who's experiencing severe abdominal pain. Their patient has been seriously unwell for a few months and is already on heavy duty pain relief, but tonight it's got even worse. And a GP dials 999 when her 35 year old patient Ioana collapses in the surgery. She's already passed out at work, and it's up to ambulance crew Gaz Clarke and Lee Timbrell to work out what's going on.

Episode 3

Paramedic Grant Porter and Technician Lewis Prosser are called to a woman found unconscious on her patio. 46 year old Caroline has regular fits but once inside the ambulance things take an unexpected turn.

Micheal Anslow and Dimitri Holloway rush to 84 year old Gordon. He's previously had a triple heart bypass, and when the paramedics arrive at his home they discover he's having another heart attack.

And Loz Horobin and Michelle McNulty are called to a supermarket to a French student with a suspected spider bite…

Episode 4

Paramedic Hannah Simkins and technician Michelle McNulty are called to a six week old week baby with suspected sepsis. It's a life-threatening condition and as baby Charlotte was born prematurely she has a weakened immune system so needs emergency care quickly. X year old Erik is badly burnt after being engulfed in flames trying to light his barbecue. Joe Wilson and Hannah Potter, and the helicopter medics are all called to Erik's aid as his heavily pregnant wife looks on helplessly. And paramedic Lee Farley and student paramedic Nicole McClintock have to deal with a young child in extreme pain.  4 year old Shae smashed his leg when he pulled a concrete slab on himself while playing in the garden. It looks like the leg is broken and the crew need to work out how to move him without causing any more pain.

Episode 5

Paramedic Gary Clarke and Technician Liam Dale rush to a young man who's taken  an overdose after a row with his girlfriend. But once they arrive they find out a lover's tiff has spiralled into a double overdose.

74 year old John suffers with heart failure has already been to hospital that day. But his chest pains have got so bad he's had to dial 999 as he thinks he's breathing his last breath. His very low heart rate is a real cause for concern for paramedics Claire McCullagh and Hannah Meredith. And Gaz Beasley and Ash Bolus are called to a four year old who is bleeding from the head. Ellie has a nasty cut from a fall and her parents are worried by her unusually quiet behaviour.

Episode 6

Paramedic and ex-soldier Joe Wilson makes a personal connection with a 38 year old army veteran who feels suicidal. Keith has PTSD and is struggling to come to terms with his brother's suicide - his problems touch a nerve with Joe. Ambulance crew Simon Little and Michelle McNulty race to a college where a 30 year old woman has had one seizure after the other. Jodie is a known epileptic but it's unusual for her to have two fits so close together and she feels like another is imminent. And it's the day before toddler Alishba's third birthday and her mum has to dial 999 as her daughter has been struggling to breathe all day. Alishba suffers with asthma but none of her inhalers are working, so Joe Wilson and Sam Grosvenor need to act fast.

Episode 7

Paramedic Preet Lally and student paramedic Leon Asgari are called to a young woman who's having a crippling panic attack. 20 year old Lauren suffers with anxiety, and it's up to student Leon to try some of his newly learned techniques to try and bring her attack under control. Grant Porter and Hannah Potter race to a 23 month old child who's had a seizure. Baby Leo's also suffering with tonsillitis but when he started to convulse his worried parents dialled 999. And a night out at the pub ends in a disaster when a 23 year old man is attacked with a bottle. He's bleeding from the head but could also be concussed.

Episode 8

Paramedic Preet Lally and student paramedic Leon Asgari are called to teenager Bonnie who's having an asthma attack on the morning of her GSCE English exam. Bonnie's panicking that she'll miss her exam which is making the attack worse. Preet needs Bonnie to take control of her breathing if there's any chance of her getting to school on time. 58  year old Kim is struggling to cope with severe abdominal pain and her worried daughter dials 999. Kim's experienced this pain before but it's never been this bad, and paramedic Hannah Meredith and ambulance technician Luca Barron struggle to get it under control enough to even get Kim in to the ambulance. And 8 year old Jack's birthday party takes an unexpected turn when his dad Richard falls off a ladder and injures his leg and wrist. Richard might be the patient, but the ambulance crew quickly find out that Jack is the person who needs their comfort.

Episode 9

Ambulance crew  Micheal Anslow and Dimitri Holloway attend a domestic assault. X year old Jean has been attacked by her husband who has dementia and doesn't know what he's done. It's not the first time his distressed wife has had to deal with it. Paramedic Gaz Clarke and ambulance technician Lee Timbrell rush to the worried mum of a two year old who's had a fit. And Preet Lally and Leon Asgari race to an early morning rush hour traffic accident. A taxi driver is trapped inside his car and the crew need to work out how to free him.

Episode 10

In today's programme paramedic Joe Wilson and student paramedic Ash Bolus are called to 23 year old Naomi who's having a violent seizure. She's been having fits every single day for 4 months but this episode is ringing alarm bells. Paramedic Hannah Simkins and student paramedic Michelle McNulty rush to help a community carer who's had a bicycle accident on her way to work. It looks like 53 year old June has dislocated her shoulder. And Matt Rodwell and Leon Asgari are called to 84 year old Delphine who's had a bit of bother with some bees, which has led to a fall.
