Synopsis
Country living vs the city lifestyle? Follow buyers as they take a glimpse into urban and suburban houses. But which life will they choose?

Homebuyers across the country face a common dilemma: where do you buy your dream home? Do you live in a smaller space in the heart of the city, or move to the suburbs, where you get more space for your buck? Pitting the advantages of urban living against the best of a suburban lifestyle, the series Urban Suburban helps buyers determine the perfect place to call home.

Guiding the way are realtors Sarah Daniels and Philip DuMoulin. Philip champions city living, while Sarah reveals the perks of life in the suburbs. Each week, the lively brotherand- sister team meets prospective homebuyers, and helps them to determine their real estate needs. Then, they find the properties that they think their clients will love. Will it be city or suburbs? Comparing factors such as price, space, convenience and lifestyle, the buyers are shown three rounds of urban vs. suburban homes. Then, they are asked for their urban and suburban favourites at the end of each round before finally choosing their perfect home, and neighbourhood, at the end of the episode. Taking viewers through neighbourhoods in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax and Winnipeg, this informative and entertaining series showcases the best that cities and suburbs have to offer.
