Every day we are exposed to headlines and images from the media, with all sorts of advice on how to live our lives. Personal trainers, life coaches, nutritionists and self-appointed gurus are bombarding us with recipes for a perfect life, a perfect body, a perfect mind.
We are constantly fed with photo-shopped images of beautiful bodies; size zero celebrities with radiant skin, amazing hair and Hollywood teeth…. A huge industry devoted to tell us exactly how to achieve perfection-an industry that is worth millions. And the more inadequate we feel the more time and money we spend to achieve what they think we don’t have and what they claim we really need.
But what do we really need? Will our lives be better if we follow every piece of advice we are given? PERFECT is the way to find out.
Our host will be taking on several different areas of life coaching to improve her own life.
Prior to the experiment, the host collects thousands of cut outs from magazines and the internet to create a wall where all these cut outs co-exist: in the middle of her apartment so she can see them every day –and so that she remembers what she has signed up for!
For three months our host will follow to the letter a wide variety of extreme treatments: from fasting to super food diets and even colonic irrigation! All methods will be put to the test.
Will our host feel perfect when the experience is over?
