Synopsis
New series, new term, new students and new teachers

A whole new set of problems and neurosis to throw the gang (Simon, Jenny, Kurt, Brian and Susan) into disarray. Teachers returns for a second series - blowing away the myths of leather elbow patches, chalk stained hands and battered leather briefcases. It takes a funny, irreverant look at the people we entrust our kids' education to.

On paper, it looks like the ideal job – how hard can it be to work short days, take long holidays and look after a group of kids all day? Then there's the reality... A new school year means new challenges for the teachers. Simon feels threatened by charming newcomer JP, and Kurt finds dodging Carol's affections is turning into a full-time occupation. Meanwhile, Brian is enchanted by English trainee tutor Penny - for two very obvious reasons - and Bob decides to get fit. Even if it kills him...
